HOMEWORK
I think that having students for 2 months period is a good idea since we can spend more time getting to know them and so you can see with more details their weak and strong points.this also facilitates carrying out projects, presentations, interwies and so on...
and as for the Dynamic Instructional Design model, I think these steps are what we should always keep in mind every time we have a class.I have to insist on the fact that knowing the students is the key to a more successful class. stating objectives is always absolutely necessary since this will help the students know the things they are supposed to learn , the things they are supposed to practice etc...
the sooner we identify the best strategies for teaching and the way our students learn better makes the environment of the class friendlier and more reliable.
the use of technology is nowadays a must in every class.
in conclusion, i find the Dynamic Instructional Design model very useful.
